Stop doing in hours what AI can do in seconds.

The average small business owner spends 10–15 hours a week on tasks that don't require a human — follow-ups, form routing, document generation, scheduling confirmations. We automate those tasks so your week goes back to work that actually matters.

What we automate

Common workflows we build for Milwaukee businesses.

If your team does the same thing manually more than a few times a week, it's a candidate. Here's where we typically start.

Lead follow-up sequences

Contact form submission → CRM entry → personalized intro email → 72-hour follow-up → 7-day check-in. Never let a lead go cold because someone forgot to follow up.

Document generation

Pull data from a form or CRM record, fill your proposal or offer template, generate a PDF, and route it for signature — all without opening a single file manually.

Client onboarding flows

New client signed → intake form sent → welcome email → calendar invite → internal task created. First impressions run on autopilot.

Appointment management

Booking confirmation → reminder at 48h → reminder at 2h → post-appointment follow-up. Reduce no-shows and manual calendar management simultaneously.

Review request campaigns

Job marked complete → automated review request to the right platform → thank-you response template. Most businesses leave 80% of their potential reviews on the table.

Internal routing & approvals

Incoming requests routed to the right team member, approval workflows triggered automatically, status updates pushed to Slack or email — without anyone managing the queue manually.

How it works

Discovery to live automation in 1–2 weeks.

01

Map the manual process

We start with a discovery call to understand the current workflow — what triggers it, what happens next, what tools are involved, and where humans are doing work AI could handle. Most clients have 3–5 automatable workflows they haven't thought of yet.

02

Scope and quote

We document the automation spec, identify the right tools, and quote the build. No surprises — you know exactly what you're getting before we write a single line of automation logic.

03

Build and test

We build the automation, run it through real-world test scenarios, and verify every edge case. Most single-workflow builds take 3–7 business days from scope approval to handoff.

04

Handoff and train

We document how the automation works, show your team how to trigger and monitor it, and provide 30 days of support after launch. If something doesn't work as expected, we fix it.

Common questions

FAQ

What kinds of workflows do you automate?

Common automations we build: lead follow-up sequences (contact form → CRM entry → intro email → 72h follow-up), document generation (proposals, offers, invoices from templates), client onboarding flows, appointment confirmation and reminder sequences, post-job review request campaigns, and internal approval routing. If your team is doing something manually more than a few times a week, it's probably automatable.

What tools do you build on?

We build on the tools you already use — or the right tool for the job. Common stack: Make (Integromat) or n8n for automation logic, OpenAI API for AI-generated content, DocuSign or Pandadoc for document routing, and your existing CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, etc.). We don't push proprietary platforms that lock you in.

How do you scope and price automation projects?

Every automation project is scoped before it's quoted. We start with a discovery call to map the current manual process, identify the right automation approach, and estimate the build time. Most single-workflow automations fall in the $1,000–$2,500 range. Multi-workflow packages are scoped separately.

Do I need technical knowledge to use the automations?

No. We build automations that run in the background — you trigger them the same way you would have done the task manually (filling a form, adding a CRM record, hitting a button). We document how each workflow runs and train your team before handoff.

What happens if an automation breaks?

Automations on the monthly retainer are monitored and maintained — if something breaks, we fix it. For one-time builds without a retainer, we provide 30 days of support after launch and offer a maintenance add-on for ongoing monitoring.
