Submitted information gets used to respond to inquiries, scope possible projects, deliver audit results, improve site, maintain records related to client conversations and work.

Third-party services

Site may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, form processing, CRM workflows, email delivery. Those providers receive only information needed to operate service.

Analytics and security

We may collect technical information such as browser type, device data, IP address, referrer, visited pages to understand usage and protect site against abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers or when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, contract performance.

Retention

Inquiry and project-related information stays only as long as useful for communication, scoping, delivery, recordkeeping, legitimate security, legal purposes. When no longer needed, it is deleted or allowed to age out of tools storing it.

Your choices

You can contact us if you want to correct information previously submitted or ask how it is being used in active conversation. If there is no business or legal reason to retain it, we can delete it or stop using it for future follow-up.
